Mustafa Bilge Erdoğan was born on 06.09.1970. He is married and has two children. He completed his primary, secondary, and high school education in Ankara. He graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine in 1994.

Between 1994–1996, he worked as a General Practitioner in the Emergency Department at Ankara Dr. M.U. Emergency Aid and Traumatology Hospital. After completing his specialization in Cardiovascular Surgery at Gazi University Faculty of Medicine in 2003, he worked at the Gaziantep Sani Konukoğlu Hospital Cardiovascular Surgery Clinic until 2007.

In 2007, he established the Department of Cardiovascular Surgery at Gaziantep Medical Park Hospital, where he continued his work. During this time, he specialized in adult cardiovascular surgeries such as coronary bypass, valve surgery, and aortic surgery. He also performed procedures for peripheral arterial diseases and venous diseases (varicose veins).

In 2016, he began his academic career at Bahçeşehir University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Cardiovascular Surgery, as an Assistant Professor, and was granted the title of Associate Professor in the same year. He continued his academic role at Bahçeşehir University until June 2020.

In July 2020, he joined İSU Bahçeşehir Liv Hospital as a Cardiovascular Surgery Specialist, where he continues to practice. He earned the title of Professor in 2021 and also serves as a lecturer at Istinye University Faculty of Medicine.
